Auxiliary Nurses & Midwife (ANM)
The College strives to provide continued leadership in non-traditional education with an emphasis on educating licensed practical nurses to advance to the associate degree registered nurse level; to offer opportunities to men and women of diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds and to those who might otherwise have been excluded from career advancement; to prepare graduates who benefit from their increased level of expertise; and to provide the base for further professional education. General Nursing & Midwifery- GNM admission 2024 Punjab
The Diploma course in General Nursing & Midwifery is of three years and six months duration. There are limited number of seats in the Course.
The syllabus of nursing course will be conducted as prescribed by Indian Nursing Council. The course commences in the month of October every year. Medium of instruction for this course is English. GNM admission 2024 Punjab
There is a preliminary period of 12 weeks. During this time, the students attend the wards for observation and supervised practice not exceeding 16 hours per Exemption for ANMs/LHVs/Female Health Workers.
